Angie Leek, LMFT/LPC-S, SEP
Founder and Clinical Director
Hollos Collective was founded by Angie Leek, a Licensed Professional Therapist / Licensed Marriage Family Therapist, clinical supervisor and Somatic Experiencing Professional.
Inspired by her own personal experiences with a challenging psycho-spiritual crisis and a disappointment with traditional methods of treatment Angie has dedicated her work to “finding a better way”.
Her search for a way to make sense of her experience led her to discover the Transpersonal paradigm, which offered a new way of understanding the type of healing crisis that Angie experienced. The transpersonal view seeks to integrate the spiritual and transcendent aspects of the human experience into psychology and psychiatry.
Dr. Ryan Mahelona is a board-certified psychiatrist and psychotherapist with fellowship training in integrative and psychedelic psychiatry. His private practice in Northwest Arkansas is dedicated to providing holistic, ethical, and patient-centered care using a combination of thoughtful prescribing and deprescribing practices, the NADA protocol (a form of auricular acupuncture), and partnership with well-trained therapists to offer psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy.
Dr. Mahelona completed his psychiatry residency in Phoenix, Arizona, followed by an Integrative Psychiatry fellowship at the Hines VA in Chicago. His specialty training also includes MDMA-assisted psychotherapy with MAPS, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy through the Holos Collective and Polaris Insight Center.
Beyond his medical practice, Dr. Mahelona is pursuing an education in yoga therapy with Circle Yoga Shala and is working towards his purple belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu with Fayetteville Jiu Jitsu.
